Precise Washing Process: The washing process requires careful control over water temperature, washing time, and frequency to enhance the leather's texture while avoiding over-damage or fading.
Dyeing Process: Dyeing involves carefully mixing dyes to ensure even penetration and consistent color throughout the leather.
Exquisite Drying and Refining: After washing and dyeing, the leather undergoes a refined drying process to prevent deformation or shrinkage. A softening treatment may also be applied to enhance its feel.
